I purchased Xoftspy and I have to say it is the best thing that I have purchased of the internet thus far. I want to take this opportunity to tell you what a great program this is and that how ever invented this program is a genius. Xoftspy runs at a top notch speed. If only McAfee would run that fast then I would not have anything to complain about when it come to my computer. This program has saved my computer from crashes, heartaches and more. I love it when I get on the internet not afraid of anything getting on my computer after I download things because I know that I have a product that will not only find almost hidden files that is a harmful threat to my computer, but will also protect my computer from those files. I am protected by Mcafee, and I thought that McAfee would protect from spyware, adware, and Malware, as well as trojans, worms, and other viruses as well. Mcafee only protected the types of viruses and people that were trying to hack into my computer and spam, but it did not protect against the spyware, Adware, and Malware. Thankfully I was on the internet one night and found your product through Mcafee because I was wondering why computer was slowing down and on the verge of crashing. I downloaded you product and purchased it which you gave a reasonable price and never looked back since. Xoftspy has worked so well that it really makes me want to get on my computer every chance that I get and get on the internet worry free. Thank you for giving me the change for purchasing you product and clearing my computer from all types of harmful files. Before I downloaded your product, I had 67 files of spywar and adware combined on my computer. ParetoLogic (and specifically your support) has accomplished what no software has been able to do in over a year or more. You say that Bargain Buddy may not be affecting my computer system's overall functionality. This may be true but anybody or any group of persons who must by subterfuge, sneak around and without owner's permission or knowledge, place hidden programs on computer systems for the purpose of gainful employ is despicable. If you can't sell it by disclosure and have the merits embraced with acceptance based on the benefits of the program leaves much doubt as to the integrity and ultimate purpose of the perpetrators of this covert technology. After purchasing/downloading several other adware removers which proved unsuccessful I purchased xoftspy remover in the last ditch hope that it would remove a pesky Trojan that had hijacked my desk-top, unfortunately to my dismay when I first ran the program although successfully locating and removing a whole host of other spyware (most of which I was unaware of) xoft was unable to remove the desktop hijacker. As a result I went to their site and explained the problem through an email (a comprehensive support and feedback system is provided there), to my surprise the same day I got a reply requesting my log files (the reply of course provided clear and concise instructions on how to go about locating and sending the same). By early the next week I updated the xoftspy database and upon running the program to my great joy found that the desktop hijacker had been removed!! I would recommend this product to anyone not only because of its inherent quality as a product (it is easy to use and very efficient) but also for the prompt speedy and exceptional service/assistance that the people at xoft provide for their customers which caters for their individual problems! I just wanted to let you know , I think the new version ( 4.15 ) is GREAT ! . Wow, what an improvement . I had neglected for quite some time to check for any up-dates . When I discovered there was a new version available I immediately downloaded and installed it. I had already run all the virus detection programming I had just prior to installing 4.15.
